“Unspoken” was an interactive live duration installation exploring the words we do not say. What makes a full and uncensored inner life, and how do the words that remain unsaid relate to ideas of vulnerability, intimacy, public and private faces? What should you know about another person’s private thoughts?
This work questions the unspoken, the words underneath, the unacknowledged, the uncomfortable, perhaps the unwelcome.
Unspoken was performed at the HillsceneLive arts festival in Mt Evelyn, Victoria, on 29 October 2016.
